Official TOEFL or IELTS scores are required, unless students hold a degree from a Dutch University or from an institution at which English is the language of instruction (please check with the Tinbergen Institute if in doubt). TI requires official score forms. TI's code number for TOEFL is 3811.
Note: Chinese nationals should meet the institute's IELTS or TOEFL iBT requirement, because this is a condition for obtaining a NESO Certificate.

In my case no TOEFL or IELTS scores are required.
