Installation of Ox

To get Ox running, it depends where you want to install it.

Ox at the TIA

You can use the version installed over the network. There used to be a Applications folder manual among the tutorials, but those links seem to be down... Effectively, it states

Ox at TIR

At the Erasmus University, you need administrator permissions to install Ox. Therefore,

Ox at VU

At the VU, Ox 6.0 is installed at the Q-drive, in the q:\algemeen\oxmetrics6\ folder.

Ox at home

At home, install Ox locally in the c:\program files folder. To do so,

Test your Ox installation

Test your Ox installation by loading OxMetrics5\Ox\packages\gnudraw\samples\drawacf.ox in OxEdit, and running it. If the graph appears on screen, all should be well.
