New Research Fellow: Joëlle Noailly

Joëlle Noailly has joined TI as a research fellow. She is Associate Professor in Environmental Economics at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

New Research Fellow: Joëlle Noailly

Noailly holds an appointment as Head of Research at the Centre for International Environmental Studies (CIES), and she is also a Lecturer at the Department of International Economics at the Graduate Institute Geneva. Noailly received a PhD in Environmental Economics from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and worked previously for the Netherlands Bureau for Economic Policy Analysis (CPB).
