Paper by fellows Aurélien Baillon and Chen Li accepted for publication in Econometrica
Econometrica is a renowned academic journal in several areas of economics, with a specific focus on econometrics. It is published by Wiley-Blackwell.
The paper by Baillon, Li and Halevy, entitled Randomize at your own Risk: on the Observability of Ambiguity Aversion, deals with the way in which decision making is influenced by our perception of risks, risks that are often ambiguous. Many people dislike this ambiguity, a dislike defined as ambiguity aversion. The authors suggest that the prevalence of ambiguity aversion may very well have been underestimated.
