Placement Stefanos Tyros: Harvard University
Stefanos Tyros has accepted a position as Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard Business School, Harvard University.
Stefanos is a physicist and economist, currently undertaking a PhD in Economics at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Tinbergen Institute under the supervision of TI research fellows Pieter Gautier and Björn Brügemann (Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam).
Stefanos research focuses on the Future of Work. His Job Market Paper “Green Technology Adoption and Skill Reallocation” is a theoretical study of how labour market frictions, skill heterogeneity, and green technology adoption interact. The rest of his work is a combination of theory and empirics on labour markets and technological adoption.
Stefanos will be working as a Post-doctoral Fellow at the Digital Reskilling Lab, in the Digital Data Design Institute of Harvard Business School.
Stefanos is a Tinbergen Institute research master alumnus (2020).
